Any liver is a very noble offal that can be cooked in minutes. The most tender is the chicken liver. Mistresses often use it to prepare various dishes - a cake from the liver, pancakes from the liver, salads, soufflés and more. But sometimes you really want to cook something quickly and tasty. Perhaps now we will open a new recipe for you, or maybe just recall that what you have not cooked for a long time is the liver in batter.

What can you make batter from? The basis can be any liquid - milk, yogurt, beer, mineral water, kefir, sour cream. It must be added flour and egg. Simply put, it's batter. To batter remained on pieces of the liver (and not only on it), it is preliminarily crushed in flour. So oh secret to simplify the preparation of any dishes in batter.

Ingredients:

Chicken liver - 400 g;

Water - 100 ml;

Eggs - 1 pc.;

Flour - 7 tbsp. l .;

Spice;

Vegetable oil for frying.

Let's start cooking the liver by making batter. In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp. l flour, spices and yolk.

Stir and add water or any other base.

Stir batter until smooth.

Separately, whip the protein fluffy foam with a little salt. Add protein to batter. Thanks to this basis, the batter will be very airy and tender.

The rest of the flour (3 tbsp. L.) We need for breading. We wash and dry the liver before frying. Then remove the fat and film. Cut the chicken liver into smaller pieces. Roll each piece of liver in flour, and then dip in batter.

Put the liver in a pan with well-heated vegetable oil.

We fry the liver on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Remember chicken liver is fried literally 5 minutes. After 10, it will become stiff. Therefore, do not worry, the liver will be fried if it is fried on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Serve the chicken liver in batter, immediately to the table as a snack for beer or as a complement to any salad or side dish. We assure you that even the most avid non-liver lovers will not refuse such a piece.
