There are more than a dozen recipes for this baking, but we collected exactly those that are prepared on the basis of oatmeal.

General principles for the preparation of oatmeal oatmeal cookies

Dough for cookies can be prepared from any kind of cereal, but it is better to use those that are prepared quickly and swell well in boiling water. But if you have one, those that are brought to readiness by cooking, it is better to first kill them with a blender.

There are many options for making dough for oatmeal cereal cookies. It is kneaded with and without eggs, with the addition of flour and without it at all, on kefir, sour cream, vegetable oil, cottage cheese and even fruit puree.

Oatmeal cookies, like regular pastries, can be flavored with vanilla. Fillers are often dried fruits, raisins, fresh or dried berries, seeds or sesame.

Oatmeal cookies are baked, at 180 degrees, the roasting pan is set, only heating the oven. The duration depends on the specific oven and can last from 12 minutes to half an hour. The surface of the finished cookie has a pleasant golden hue and is evenly colored.

Ready oatmeal cookies are removed from the pan after cooling. As a rule, when it is hot, it is fragile and can crumble.

Oatmeal Oatmeal Cookies - Classic

The recipe for the cookies from a beautiful childhood, it tastes good both fresh and made. It would probably be too loud to call it a masterpiece, but the simplicity of preparation, the availability of products and the taste completely different from other pastries make oatmeal cookies a wonderful treat.

Ingredients:

cereal, oatmeal - 250 gr.;

200 grams of brown sugar;

a spoon of honey;

200 gr. wheat flour;

eggs - two large;

0.5 tablespoons of soda and "lemons";

pack of oil, "Farm".

Cooking method:

Having scattered flakes on the table, we select the rubbish. Pour into a spacious bowl, add citric acid, sugar and soda. Sift flour to a cereal through a sieve and thoroughly mix the products.

Cut the butter into a saucepan and put it on a small fire. Melt, stirring, then cool well.

Pour the eggs into a separate bowl or cup and slightly shake them with a fork.

We add the cooled oil to the dry components, add honey and eggs.

Knead the oatmeal for a long time and thoroughly. It should come out soft and not cool.

After covering the baking sheet with parchment, moisten it with oil, turn on the oven for heating.

Scoop the oatmeal dough with a teaspoon soaked in water and spread in the form of cakes on a baking sheet. Put in the oven, cook for 12 minutes.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

The original recipe involves the use of white chocolate, but if you prefer dark, feel free to take it. Dried cherries can be replaced with any dried fruit. Dried apricots, raisins, prunes and even dried cranberries are suitable. It is not necessary to melt the oil, soften it well enough at room temperature.

Ingredients:

one egg;

half a pack of butter or margarine;

a glass of sugar;

a glass of oatmeal (cereal);

a spoonful of vanilla sugar;

50 gr Chocolate

a dough ripper and cinnamon, ground into a powder - half a teaspoon;

two tablespoons of dried cherry, raisins can be;

a full glass of wheat flour.

Sugar, flour and cereal are measured in a glass with a capacity of 250 ml.

Cooking method:

Beat butter with a glass of sugar. After pouring the egg into the butter mass, beat again.

Add salt, cinnamon, vanilla and a cultivator, mix thoroughly. You can beat again.

We mix the selected oatmeal into the oil mixture, then grated chocolate and cherry (dried fruits).

Sift flour into a bowl with oatmeal. Carefully, but not for long, knead the dough with your hands. Prolonged kneading will damage the liver, it will not turn out friable. Once homogeneous, stop stirring.

We cut oatmeal dough into twelve balls, lay them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lay away from each other, retreating to the thickness of a finger - when baking, the dough will increase in volume and cookies may stick together.

Place the roasting pan with future cookies in a preheated oven. Cooking approximately a quarter of an hour, until golden blush.

Do not rush to remove the finished cookie from the counter-nut, give it a little time to harden. As a rule, immediately after baking, the middle of the cookies is soft and can be damaged if removed hot.

"Anzaks" - friable oatmeal cookies made from oatmeal with coconut flakes

No eggs or any other liquid are added to the dough. The simplest components and recipes, and the cookies are tasty and crumbly. For this, cookies use instant flakes.

Ingredients:

flour - one glass;

half a pack of butter, margarine will not work;

a glass of white coconut;

150 grams of sugar;

a glass of "quick" flakes;

two tablespoons molasses or liquid honey;

a spoon without a slide of soda;

two tablespoons of drinking water.

Cooking method:

Double-sift the flour into a bowl. After adding brown sugar and cereal, mix thoroughly.

Dice the butter in a pan and place on the smallest heat. Once the pieces are completely melted, add honey, mix and remove from heat.

We extinguish soda. Please note, this does not need vinegar or citric acid, we will extinguish soda with water. Pour the cultivator into a small cup, pour two tablespoons of boiling water. Stir thoroughly, immediately pour into hot oil and mix - the mixture should actively foam.

Combine the dry mixture with a foaming mass, knead. The resulting mixture can hardly be called a test, since it turns out to be thick and does not have a uniform consistency.

Turn on the oven for heating, cover the roasting pan with a sheet of parchment.

Scooping in small portions, we form flat cakes from oat dough and, laying out on paper, we press each one lightly. The thickness of future cookies should not be more than 1 cm. A narrow gap should be left between the blanks, since the dough rises well during baking.

Cook the cookies for about twenty minutes, until the surface is golden. Remove from pan, allowing to cool slightly.

Delicate oatmeal oatmeal cookies with raspberry filling and almonds

Loose, but at the same time tender cereal cookies with aromatic raspberries. It is prepared according to the principle of grated cake, after baking the layer is cut into small squares. The bottom of the cookie is moist, the top is crispy and crumbly. Raspberries can be put more, but for the first time cook strictly according to the recipe.

Ingredients:

sugar - 180 gr.;

a pack of "peasant" oil;

one and a half glasses of fresh or frozen raspberries;

a small handful of almond petals;

200 grams of wheat flour.

For baking, you need a rectangular roasting pan 20 × 23 cm or a suitable round shape.

Cooking method:

After sorting, we interrupt the flakes in the blender bowl or coffee grinder. After pouring into a bowl, add the sifted flour and sugar. Flakes can not be crushed, then the dough will turn out coarser, but no less tasty.

In the same bowl we grate the oil coarsely and quickly rub our palms into crumbs.

Cover the form with parchment so that the paper covers the sides.

Sprinkle two-thirds of the cooked oatmeal on parchment.

We spread the raspberries, mashed with a fork, on top. Frozen berries must be thawed and dried well in a colander.

Cover the raspberries with the remaining mixture and cover the top with almond petals.

Place the pan in a heated oven, bake for about 40 minutes.

Having taken out of the oven, we pass the knife tip along the sides to separate the dough from them, cut into squares. We spread the cookies on the dish only completely cooled.

Oatmeal Oatmeal Cookies - Favorite

The simplest, time-tested dough for oatmeal cookies. The recipe is convenient in that you can cook two types of cookies on it. If you roll the dough thinly, the baking will turn out crispy and crumbly, and if you make the layer thicker - more airy and soft.

Ingredients:

three glasses of Hercules and flour;

a standard pack of creamy margarine;

a full glass of sugar;

five tablespoons of kefir;

two eggs;

a spoon of soda;

two tablespoons of aromatic honey.

Cooking method:

Sifted flour twice.

We sort out flakes from litter, twist in a meat grinder. Mix the crushed cereal with flour.

Cutting into slices, melt the margarine with honey in a saucepan over low heat and wait until the mixture cools down.

In a separate bowl we combine the kefir warmed up to room temperature with soda.

In a spacious bowl, we grate the sugar with eggs. Add the slaked kefir in kefir, the oatmeal and flour mixture and the cooled, sweetened with honey margarine. Knead not very cool dough. Having placed in a package, we remove it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the oatmeal that was deposited in the cold and roll it out with a centimeter layer. With a special form for cutting down cookies or with a glass, we squeeze out the cookie blanks and put it in a roasting pan on parchment. Lightly sprinkle the surface of the workpieces with sugar.

Cookies are prepared at 170 degrees, at least a quarter of an hour, but it can take up to 25 minutes. It all depends on what color cookies you like.

Homemade Oatmeal Oatmeal Cookies - "Tenderness"

An interesting option for making oatmeal dough for cookies. After kneading it will need to be twisted a couple of times in a meat grinder, this will make the cookies more tender. It is advisable to take brown sugar; instead of butter, margarine can be used.

Ingredients:

sorted flakes - one and a half glasses;

four tablespoons of brown sugar;

2/3 packs of oil;

two eggs;

a glass of wheat flour;

three tablespoons of 20 percent sour cream;

test ripper - 0.5 tsp.

Cooking method:

Having grated the butter with white sugar, add sour cream, pour in the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Separately, mix the flour with oatmeal and baking powder.

Combine everything in one bowl, knead until smooth. Set the oat dough aside for 5-10 minutes to the side.

We cover the prepared baking sheet with parchment, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on it. Turn on the oven.

We adjust the meat grinder to the maximum grinding. Twist the dough twice.

Laying out the dough from a spoon, we slightly recede from each other, place small cakes on the baking sheet.

After setting the roasting pan in the oven, bake cookies for a quarter of an hour.

Delicate oatmeal oatmeal cookies on cottage cheese with raisins

Curd dough is particularly successful. Any pastries made of it are tender and not stale for a long time. A very simple and quick recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies. Dried grapes can be replaced with fresh or dried currants, it will turn out no less tasty.

Ingredients:

two selected eggs;

200 gr. instant oatmeal;

a small bag of vanilla powder;

half a packet of margarine;

half a glass of sugar, preferably brown;

180 gr. cottage cheese, fat content of 9% or more;

seedless raisins - 100 gr.

Cooking method:

We sort out raisins. Scald with boiling water, fill with water and set aside for a period of up to 10 minutes. After, we express the water, and dry the berries thoroughly, scattering on a towel.

Dice margarine into a saucepan. Melt over low heat, then cool.

Having poured margarine into a bowl, add the oatmeal and grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add eggs beaten with sugar, vanilla and raisins, mix. A viscous dough should come out, if it turned out to be too rare, add more cereal.

We lay out the dough with a spoon on a greased baking sheet and set to bake in a preheated oven. Cook for approximately 25 minutes, until golden.

Lean oatmeal cookies with applesauce

Oatmeal cookies can be lean. Eggs and animal fats are not used in the dough, it is kneaded on applesauce prepared on its own. If you don’t want to spend time stewing apples, you can simply beat the fruit to the desired state with a blender.

Ingredients:

two and a half glasses of oatmeal;

three tablespoons of honey;

five large apples;

a third of a glass of peeled seeds or sesame;

three tablespoons of vegetable oil;

seedless raisins - 50 gr.

Cooking method:

After washing the apples, cut off the peel with a thin layer, remove the core. Cut the flesh into small pieces in a thick-walled pan. After pouring a couple of tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and set to the very minimum heating. Stew apples until soft, then cool slightly.

Pour raisins for ten minutes with boiling water. In a dry frying pan, slightly dry the oatmeal.

Put the cooled apples on a sieve, grind. Measure out the glass of the resulting mashed potatoes in a wide bowl. Add cereal, vegetable oil and honey. After stirring, set the bowl aside for 20 minutes.

In the swollen flakes, we interfere with the seeds and raisins dried after soaking. You can add a little chopped nuts and sesame, but this is optional.

We spread the resulting mass from a spoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Tortillas can crumble, do not worry, it should be so, when baking, all the components are held together.

Set the roasting pan in an oven preheated to 120 degrees, cook for about an hour.

Let the liver cool well, then remove from the pan with a spatula.

The oatmeal dough is viscous and sticks, it’s difficult to make neat cookies out of it. To facilitate the process, periodically wet a spoon or palms with water.
