Paid nutritionists will not tell you that the right drink in terms of effectiveness can be comparable with the toughest diets, because then an army of specialists and false specialists will be left without sources of income.

It’s much more efficient to develop new diets, promote them, and pull money from you for creating an “individual” schedule. You see, such a nutritionist will try 5-10 diets for you, you have broken your stomach, ditched the already impaired metabolism, and their income is stable.

Of course, not all nutritionists are scammers, but it’s long understood that most modern diets are often invented and popularized in an artificial way. Today, more than 300 different diets are in use. At the peak of the popularity of each of them, the entire Internet is full of only positive reviews; soda, ginger, wonderful berries, unroasted coffee - these are all ingredients of sensational diets replacing one another. If they are so effective, then why does one always replace another?

Why proper drinking is an analogue of hard diets

The organism of any creature on the planet is programmed for self-cleaning, which can be compared with daily easy cleaning of housing. If you do not get rid of the collected garbage, but leave it in packages inside the housing, how soon will it end? It is necessary to “send to the garbage chute” accumulated slags and decay products.

Nutritionists advise drinking about 2 liters of water per day, but do not insist on this, but why, because you can offer "something super effective." Those who want to lose weight realize that first you need to cleanse the body. To do this, they are ready to use anything and go for anything, starting from the ingestion of an entire army of sorbents, ending with an enema of the rectum. Sorbents are a good thing, but with prolonged use, the body, along with slag, leaves the necessary trace elements, and beneficial intestinal bacteria.

All of this can be avoided simply by setting up the right drink. The Germans and the British in recent decades have been sounding the alarm, because overweight people in these countries are more than year after year. Ten years ago, at the University of Sheffield (England), researchers at the human nutrition center concluded that consuming the right amount of water in women reduces the risk of breast cancer by 78%. And besides that ...

Proper hydration helps prevent / reduce:

An experiment was conducted, for the purity of which women had just undergone tests and had not yet begun not to exercise, nor to changes in the diet. The required number of water coolers was calculated in advance, with the expectation that for 14 days each of the 17 participants will drink 4-5 liters of this water. In England at that time, the magician and illusionist Coperfield was very popular. The chairman of the center hired an actor who was made up as a magician, for credibility he was surrounded by 10 bodyguards. He entered the warehouse and within an hour “conjured” over the cans. Having performed the ritual, the actor quickly retired, neither uttering a word.

It is noteworthy that after 3-4 days, these participants enthusiastically shared stories about how “charged” water helps them and everything normalizes, chronic constipation, flatulence and other set of joys disappear. Most importantly, excess weight began to rapidly go away even in the first week of a proper drinking regimen, even before moderate physical activity and some changes in the diet began to be applied.

And the thing was this ...

17 participants had a weight of 100 kg. The recommended volume (2 liters of water per day) was clearly not enough. Based on the liter for every 30 kg of weight, with their weight, the need for water was about 3-4 liters.

The same group of researchers closely watched those in the group who had kidney problems and swelling. It turned out that morning swelling was not the result of an oversaturation of body water the night before, but rather, its lack.

Lacking fluid, the body “stored” it, retaining it in the tissues. As soon as the correct drink was established, adequate to the weight of the participants after 2 weeks, morning edema disappeared.

How to drink water

Make it a rule to wake up not only to wash yourself, but also to “wash” the body from the inside with a glass of warm water, on an empty stomach. It is this ritual that will help build relationships with your intestines. The second glass of drunk liquid may already contain a couple of drops of lemon juice and a spoonful of honey, while others prefer to add flaxseed. Everything is individual here, just one thing is that by drinking 2-3 liters of water, you will eat much less.

1. If you want to have a snack, drink liquid. Often a person, strangely enough, confuses a lack of fluid and a desire to eat something.

2. Remember that boiled water is not absorbed by the body.

3. In order not to dilute the gastric juice, lowering its acidity, try to drink 15-20 minutes before the planned meal.

4. Performing exercise, increase the fluid you drink, because you sweat, the metabolic processes in the body are accelerated, and it is water that will help all organs to get rid of unnecessary.

5. Drink most of the water before 6 pm, so as not to run to the toilet at night.

The main problem is that people forget to drink. Take this seriously if you really want to lose weight. You do not need sorbents, a laxative, it has long been proven that proper drinking is an analogue of hard diets. Mono-diets generally destroy the body, while water revives it.

If you drink about a liter, but you need more, then it is clear that in one day you will not develop the right habit. A man woke up in the morning and planned that he would drink a glass of water every hour and a half, and by the evening he realized that he had drunk only 3 glasses.

How to learn to drink enough fluids?

No matter how ridiculous it sounds, set the alarm option on your phone so that every hour it makes a call reminding you that it is time to give the body much needed moisture. Proper drinking is necessary not only to reduce overweight, it helps the whole body. Redness of the eyes is the scourge of those working behind monitors. The presence of the necessary water balance will partially solve this problem.

Buy yourself a separate 5-liter bottle of good water and put it on your desktop. As soon as the bottle gets into your field of vision, you will remember about the drinking regimen.

It also happens that is called "does not climb already." This usually happens to people who are used to drinking drinks in the form of coffee, tea, or carbonated drinks. In this case, increase the volume of drinking water gradually. Today we drank a liter, tomorrow a glass more and so on.

Drinking mistakes and how to avoid them

• It is undesirable to pour in cold water, it should be at room temperature, but rather a little warm - that is, body temperature.

• It is undesirable to drink heavy or artificial drinks instead of water (soda, coffee, packaged juices) - especially sweet ones. They should not be drunk instead, but in addition to the general rate of water. But decoctions of berries (compotes) or herbs (such as rose hips or green tea) can well be included in the total volume - they will add both liquid and vitamins to your body.

• The mistake of beginners is not to drink during the day, but in the evening to “catch up” with what was lost and to dry out a liter of water an hour before bedtime. This is not worth doing. All water throughout the day must be distributed evenly.

There are fatal errors that lead to weight gain. The most common of these is drinking water immediately before meals. So you dilute the concentration of your gastric juice, which impairs digestion.

In addition, you wash off the enzymes necessary for the proper digestion of food in the lower parts of your digestive tract. And these particles remain in the stomach, and if you finish the meal with sweet tea right after eating, the process of “fermentation” will begin.

So much for bloating and gas. All undigested food is retained first in the stomach, and then in the waist. All this leads to the fact that a person sits on a rigid diet again. But now you know - to lose weight, it’s enough to establish the right drinking regimen.
