Pork in pots is a traditional dish for Russia, the only difference between modern culinary delights is that ovens are used to create them, before the dish was cooked in ovens.

The basic principle of creating pork in a pot is that the meat is cut into small pieces and fried for quick baking, only after this manipulation can the pork be put in the oven. As a rule, cooking takes no more than an hour.

Cut the pork into medium sized slices, fry. Onions and carrots are diced and add to the pan to the meat. Put the mixture in pots, fill with meat broth or water, add spices, sauce and salt. The crushed garlic is put in a few minutes before readiness. The dish is served with baked apples or quinces.

Recipe 3: Peasant Pork in a Pot

Peasant pork is traditionally a Russian recipe; its history goes back to past centuries.

Ingredients:
- 150 grams of pork fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 100 grams of fried potatoes;
- 20 grams of beans (can be replaced with peas);
- 1/2 cup meat broth;
- dill;
- salt.

Cooking method

Chopped pork pepper, salt, fry in a pan, add finely chopped onion.
