  • In fact, the salad with Peking cabbage and sausage is so simple a dish that there are no special tricks in it at all. Peking cabbage is combined with almost any ingredients. As for the sausage, it is, of course, more whimsical, but still combine with the products and its easy.
  • Cabbage leaves, if they are gentle enough, it is better not to cut, and tearing with your hands will save juice and vitamins.
  • Sausage should be chosen with a sufficiently dense consistency to keep its shape well, otherwise its slices will look unattractive in a salad.
  • Do not take too pink sausage - it is most likely tinted. The color should be slightly grayish.
  • Take a slice of sausage in your fingers. If it is very fat, this sausage is not suitable for salad. And if it is too wet, it is hardly worth eating this sausage at all: it seems to have been frozen.
