And it was they who made the most delicious quiche buns in the world that just melt in your mouth! You should definitely try to cook them in your kitchen, because it is quite easy and simple, especially when you have ready puff pastry on hand (yeast or just puff - your choice)!

Prepare for the creation of 0.7 kg of flavored baking the following ingredients:

- 0.5 kg puff pastry;

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 3 tbsp. wheat flour;

- 1 tbsp. milk;

- 4 tbsp. l sugar;

- vegetable oil.

Before you start working with the dough, you need to cook the custard. Many are afraid of this name, because this dessert is very easy to spoil, if you do not know the order of its preparation. But with our advice you will always be fully prepared! You will not need to pour the egg mass into boiling milk - just mix all the products for the cream with each other!

Separate the yolks from the proteins by gently breaking the eggs into two containers. Proteins you do not need in the recipe. Half a single yolk move a tablespoon in a saucer - with it you will coat buns, putting them on the baking sheet in the oven.

Then in a bowl with yolks add sugar and whisk all the contents.

Pour in warm, but not hot milk and mix so that the sugar can dissolve, but the yolks are not cooked!

Pour the wheat flour and whisk everything with a whisk.

Pour the cream into a saucepan or saucepan with a non-stick bottom and place on medium heat.

Now you need to continuously stir the whisk for 2-3 minutes. You will feel when it starts to thicken! After that, remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool. For those who love butter custard, at this stage it is necessary to drive a small piece of butter into the hot cream. But in the puff pastry, the base is quite fat, so this process can be easily omitted.

Now it's time to pay attention to the test. If it is frozen, it is necessary to let it thaw slightly, and then roll it into a wide oval layer.

Having retreated 1 cm, the edge of the layer must be coated with cooked custard. You can use both hot cream and cold.

After that, twist 1 cm inside and fold the whole layer of dough roll.

The resulting roll cut with a sharp knife into small pieces, trying not to press the place cut.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, pre-lubricated with vegetable oil without aroma, and place the cut blanks on it with the cut up. Coat the muffin blanks with half of the yolk and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Do not worry that the blanks turned out to be small, because in the process of baking puff pastry is increased several times.
