Scottish scientists have established: people with an executive memory type are more volitional. In particular, willpower manifests itself when a diet is observed - a person who has similar behavioral characteristics approaches the diet quite selectively, with a planning and multitasking system developed by a system of options. This approach allows people to achieve their goals, despite any difficulties.

A person with an executive memory will always remember that he wants to lose weight, so sitting down at the table, carefully assess the contents of his plate on the subject of "unwanted" products that can remove him from the main goal - to lose weight. For comparison: a number of people recall that he is on a diet, only at the end of the meal.

Experts say that people with an executive type of memory perfectly control their weight. Others, more relaxed owners of extra pounds, are unlikely to be able to achieve the result that they have identified themselves.
