Sofia Rotaru does not want to be Russian

Sophia Rotaru spends a significant part of her life in a Yalta country house. The annexation of the Crimea to Russia sharply raised the question of the singer’s citizenship.

The son of Rotaru, Ruslan, firmly stated that they did not intend to change their citizenship: he grew up in Ukraine and perceives it as his only homeland. Sofya Mikhailovna shares the opinion of her son.

Remaining Ukrainian, Rotaru and members of her family, if necessary, intend to issue a residence permit in our country.

Time will tell if the Rotaru family did the right thing. But judging by the situation, she would not go to Kiev ... Certainly Rotaru is a wonderful actress, singer, cultural figure. Who is Ruslan? - the son of Rotaru, what does he do in Yalta besides living? Earned in Russia - invest in Russia !!!!

This is her personal business and civil position. Rotaru is a rota! We all grew up with her and love her! No one is going to infringe upon her rights, and she rightly does that remains Ukrainian (Moldova at one time did not appreciate Sofia’s talent, but Ukraine supported her). And her son has the right to consider himself a Ukrainian. What is the problem?

It is very interesting: how to make money denyuzhku-so Russia, how to be in solidarity with those who give you a permanent salary and a figurine audience.
