Probably everyone remembers the taste of homemade crispy waffles that our mothers prepared for us. And with condensed milk this delicacy became even tastier.

Wafers with condensed milk - the basic principles of preparation

Making waffles at home is quite simple. It is enough to have a simple device - an electric waffle iron. But even if you don’t have it, do not despair, you can make waffles in the oven using a special silicone mold, or fry them in a grill pan.

Wafers can be served by pouring condensed milk on them, or roll a thin wafer into a tube so that there is a hollow space inside and start.

There are a lot of recipes for dough for waffles. To make the delicacy a rich golden hue, add more sugar to the dough, and margarine and milk make them crispy.

Condensed milk filling is best done with butter, as wafers from the liquid soak and become unappetizing.

You can add chopped walnuts, peanuts, or almonds to the filling. Boiled condensed milk in itself is quite thick, so it can be used on its own.

Wafers are rolled up warm. Cooled waffles will break.

Recipe 1. Wafers with condensed milk

Ingredients

Dough

stack fine sugar;

pack of oil drain .;

stack wheat flour;

five chicken eggs.

Cream

pack of plums. oils;

400 g of condensed milk.

Cooking method

1. Put butter in a small saucepan and send it to low heat. We wait until the oil melts and cool.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a whisk, pour the melted butter, add the granulated sugar and flour. Knead the dough, consistency like a pancake.

3. Warm up the waffle iron. Spread on the bottom of the dough with a spoon. Lower the top and fry the waffles until golden brown.

4. Turn the finished wafer into a tube so that it remains hollow inside. In this way, bake the waffles until the dough is over.

5. Butter for cream is removed in advance from the refrigerator. When it becomes soft, pour condensed milk to it and whisk until a smooth, dense mass is obtained. We stand the finished cream for an hour in the refrigerator.

6. Fill the pastry syringe with cream and fill the wafer rolls with cream on both sides. We leave the waffles for six hours so that they are properly saturated.

Recipe 2. Wafers with condensed milk boiled and peanuts

Ingredients

300 g plums. oils;

200 g of white sugar;

150 g peanuts;

two large eggs;

500 g of boiled condensed milk;

a pound of flour;

450 ml of boiled water;

10 g vanilla sugar;

baking soda;

half a lemon.

Cooking method

1. Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it to become soft. Pour sugar to it and rub it white. We drive in the egg and continue to grind until smooth. Remove the zest from half a lemon with a sharp knife or the finest grater. We send the zest to the dough, here we add the vanilla sugar and soda. Stirring, we introduce the sifted flour and knead a thick dough.

2. Slowly pouring water, mix the dough, adjusting its density. It should be a mixture, the consistency of thick sour cream.

3. The electric waffle iron is warming up. We put in the center a spoonful of dough, squeeze the right part and bake to a golden hue. Remove the finished waffle and turn it into a tube.

4. Pour peanuts into a pan and dry it. Turn off the fire and cool. Rub the palms of the palms to remove the husk. Put the peanuts in the blender bowl and grind it not too finely. Combine it with boiled condensed milk and mix.

5. Place the filling in a pastry bag and fill the wafer rolls on both sides.

Recipe 3. Banana wafers with condensed milk and grated chocolate

Ingredients

wheat flour - 200 g;

oil drain. - 30 g;

milk - 220 ml;

white sugar - 80 g;

one and a half banana;

two large eggs;

soda - on the tip of a knife;

baking powder - 5 g;

condensed milk;

grated chocolate.

Cooking method

1. Remove the peel from the banana. Cut it into slices, put in a deep bowl and knead with a fork until mashed.

2. Sift the wheat flour twice. Add the remaining dry ingredients to it and mix.

3. Separate the yolks from the yolks. In the last we add milk and mashed banana. Stir until smooth. Pour the milk-banana mixture into flour and knead the dough.

4. Melt the butter, cool and pour into the dough. Mix again.

5. Beat the whites with a mixer in a dense foam and carefully introduce into the dough. Stir.

6. Warm the waffle iron, lightly grease with butter. Spread the dough in the center with a spoon, cover with the top and bake the wafers until golden brown.

7. Put the finished waffles on a plate, pour over the condensed milk and crush with chocolate chips.

Recipe 4. Coconut wafers with condensed milk

Ingredients

half a can of coconut milk;

5 g baking powder;

¼ packs of oil drain .;

raspberry essence;

two chicken eggs;

150 g of wheat flour;

granulated sugar;

condensed milk;

100 g coconut flakes.

Cooking method

1. Pour coconut milk into a deep container. We drive eggs into it. Melt the butter in a water bath, cool and pour into milk. Here we add a few drops of raspberry essence. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.

2. In a separate cup, mix the flour with coconut, baking powder and granulated sugar.

3. The dry mixture is gradually added to the egg-milk mixture and knead a dense, but flowing dough. Leave it to insist for ten minutes.

4. Warm up the electric waffle iron. We spread a small amount of dough on the surface and cover it with the upper part of the device. Bake until golden brown. Finished wafers put on the grill.

5. Combine the condensed milk with coconut and pour the finished waffles.

Recipe 5. Curd wafers with condensed milk

Ingredients

cottage cheese - 200 g;

vanillin - a pinch;

eggs - two pcs.;

salt - 2 g;

granulated sugar - 50 g;

condensed milk;

fresh berries;

baking powder - 5 g;

flour - 90 g.

Cooking method

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, so that the consistency of the dough turns out to be tender and uniform. Add eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin and salt to it. Rub it with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Sift flour and baking powder into the curd mixture and mix.

3. Heat the waffle iron. Lubricate the corrugated surface with oil, spread the dough and evenly distribute it over the entire surface. The test layer should not exceed half a centimeter.

4. Cover the dough with the top of the appliance and bake for ten minutes, until they become bright golden. Put on a plate, cool. Pour thickened condensed milk and sprinkle with fresh berries of raspberries, strawberries or currants.

Recipe 6. Wafers with condensed milk boiled in chocolate glaze

Ingredients

Dough

a pack of margarine;

stack wheat flour;

five large eggs;

stack granulated sugar.

Chocolate glaze

20 g ghee;

50 ml of boiled water;

150 g of cocoa powder and powdered sugar;

boiled condensed milk.

Cooking method

1. Rub the eggs with sugar until white. Add the flour and pour the melted margarine. Knead the dough, the consistency is slightly thicker than on the pancakes.

2. We warm the waffle iron well. Lubricate the corrugated surface with oil and spread a small amount of dough with a spoon. Cover with the top of the appliance, lightly take root and bake until golden brown.

3. Remove the finished waffle on the board. On the edge we put a spoon of boiled condensed milk and turn into a tube. We continue to bake the rest of the waffles on the same principle.

4. Pour water into a bowl, sift the icing sugar into it and put cocoa powder here. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, pour the melted butter.

5. Dip both sides of the tubes in the icing and lay on a dish. Sprinkle the treat with icing sugar.

Recipe 7. Brussels wafers with condensed milk

Ingredients

one and a half to two stacks. sifted flour;

table salt - a pinch;

one and a half stack. light beer;

5 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice;

90 ml of vegetable oil;

egg;

a small bar of chocolate;

60 g of orange or lemon peel;

condensed milk;

5 g of vanillin.

Cooking method

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix.

2. Separately mix vegetable oil, egg, lemon juice and light beer. Shake until smooth.

3. Combine both mixes and knead a homogeneous dough without lumps.

4. Bake the waffles until golden brown.

5. Break a bar of chocolate and melt in a water bath. Combine with condensed milk and pour the prepared waffles with the resulting mixture.

Waffles with condensed milk - tips and tricks

Before spreading the dough, thoroughly warm the electric waffle iron.

Do not put too much dough, otherwise it will come out and burn.

Roll the waffles only warm, otherwise they will break.

For flavor, add vanilla essence, citrus juice or any other flavoring to the dough.
