• Mayonnaise, sour cream, cream. Not always added. They improve the taste, make the mass look like dough, help combine the ingredients.

• Butter. Used for frying. You can take any. Stuffing is stuffed with a spoon, laid out in hot fat, a semblance of chop or fritters is prepared.

Albanian pork with onions and eggs

The classic Albanian pork recipe, which allows you to cook a lot of juicy and aromatic chops from a small amount of meat.

Ingredients

• 400 g of pork;

• 3 onions;

• 2 eggs;

• 3 l. sour cream;

• 3 tablespoons of starch;

• 1.5 tablespoons of flour;

• oil, salt and pepper.

Cooking

1. Cut the pork into small cubes, transfer the pieces of meat into a bowl.

2. Peel the onions, cut them a little finer than the meat. It is advisable to make thin slices so that they are fried and not crunchy. We shift to meat.

3. Now add eggs, starch, spices and sour cream there. Stir. Leave for an hour to pork marinated.

4. Evaluate the consistency. If sour cream or onion is too juicy, add flour. It should be a kind of meat dough.

5. Pour a layer of oil in the pan about 4 mm, put on the stove.

6. Spoon the pancakes out of the meat mixture, level the layer so that they are everywhere the same thickness. Fry.

• 3 eggs;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 3 tablespoons of flour;

• 3 branches of dill;

• butter and spices;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream.

Cooking

1. Start with the eggplant. Cut into cubes or small strips and sprinkle with salt. Stir. Leave for a quarter of an hour to get rid of bitterness.

2. During this time, you can chop the onion, chop the garlic and cut the pork into a small stripe. If you cut the eggplant into cubes, then the meat, then, so too.

• If the minced meat is thick and does not spread over the pan, add another spoonful of sour cream (mayonnaise, milk), but in no case water.
