The study of various drinks led American scientists to an unequivocal conclusion: milkshakes, due to the presence of a large amount of sugar and fat in them, are extremely dangerous to health.

Combining large doses of sugar with milk fats can lead to obesity. According to Eric Styce, the leader of the study group, the more sugar you eat, the more needs are produced in the body. Sugar, according to the scientist, performs the function of "rewarding" the brain, being a kind of stimulant of pleasure.

The experimental group included 100 schoolchildren who drank chocolate milkshakes. The conclusion of scientists: the brain perceives the drink as a kind of drug.

If the brain’s “reward” system appears in this way, it is extremely difficult to resist sugar intake.

This, incidentally, explains the enormous number of unsuccessful attempts to lose weight. Even one serving of a milkshake can make a person quit eating the “right” foods and switch back to sweet and unhealthy foods.
