• In the oven with honey and cinnamon you can bake whole fruits, their halves or chopped fruits.

• It is best to use autumn aromatic varieties of sweet and sour taste with a hard green peel and a dense, but juicy pulp. Most simple varieties are most suitable: "Semerenko" or medium-sized "Antonovka".

• Preparation depends on the method of preparation. For baking, whole and halves are selected smooth fruits of a small size, without wormholes and dents. The washed fruits are wiped dry so that not even a drop of moisture remains on the surface, and are delivered according to the recipe. For baking slices, you can take spoiled fruits. When preparing such fruits, spoiled places are carefully cut out, trying to grab a bit of undamaged pulp in and around.

• Melted or liquid honey is poured over apples before or after baking, or they are laid in funnels left after core removal. Often melted honey is mixed with nuts, and used for filling.

• three small apples;

• prune - 9 pcs.;

1. Dip the lemon for two to three minutes in hot water. Take out well, dry with a towel and scrape with a grater from citrus zest. Cut into two parts, squeeze the juice carefully.

2. Peel the apples and be sure to cut the middle, cutting each fruit in half. Cut the halves into thin slices.

3. Wipe the bottom and sides of the mold with a piece of gauze, dipped it in vegetable oil and put half of the slices into it, gently spreading the plates in a spiral and slightly laying them on top of each other.

1. Scald raisins with boiling water, dry and transfer to a small bowl. Add cream, brandy and beat everything until smooth with a blender.

2. From the apples, remove the core, and cut the flesh into medium-sized thin slices.

3. Divide the dough in three equal parts, and roll them into cakes, half a centimeter thick. In the process, give the workpieces a round or oval shape.

4. Put the cooked creamy mass on the dough, leaving the rim at the edges of a centimeter wide, and place the chopped apples and the remaining raisins on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour honey at the rate of one tablespoon for each preparation.
